My goal for Science from Scratch is simply to help me (and hopefully others) prepare to teach high school science. As I have heard before, "You teach what you have to learn." Well, it turns out I also need to learn what I have to teach.
Although it's not directly science-related, I want to start by recommending the New Teacher Hotline. You can find it by searching under Classroom Resources on TeachersFirst, through the New Teacher Hotline Facebook page, or by searching on iTunes. I have found it both practical and entertaining.
